Put Platinum Nupes on your phone

There's nothing to download from an app store. Add the portal to your home screen and it opens full screen, like an app, with its own icon. It's free, and it works the same on iPhone and Android.

iPhone

  1. Open platinumnupes.com in Safari. If you got here from a text, an email or another app, tap its Open in Safari option first.
  2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Open Platinum Nupes from your Home Screen. You'll sign in once inside the app.

Android

  1. Open platinumnupes.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen).
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Open Platinum Nupes from your home screen or app list. You'll sign in once inside the app.

Good to know

  • The installed app asks you to sign in once. Your sign-in on this page in Safari or Chrome isn't shared with it.
  • To remove it, press and hold the icon and delete it, like any app. Your account isn't affected.
  • Updates arrive by themselves; there's nothing to update.
